Introduction
Coaching Techniques is not about following strictly on the tools you learn from books or from training. An Effective coaching technique is about learning to identify the right tools and methods to apply in different situation. In order to ascertain a productive coaching outcome, the effectiveness to the use of these coaching tools and techniques has to be evaluated, in particularly choosing the best and reliable coaching tools and techniques.
