The hospitality industry is ripe for intrapreneurs, a new breed of employee who serves as a changemaker inside of their current organization. Intrapreneurship involves passionate individuals who use their entrepreneurial skills with the support and resources of their employers to drive innovation, strengthen their workplace, or improve products or processes. Intrapreneurs are edgy and revolutionary, coming up with new ideas to challenge the current way of doing things.
In this training, the trainer who has several years of food & beverage experience and been an entrepreneur for over 24 years will share what it takes to be a successful intrapreneur with the following objectives:
- To create intrapreneurial mind-set among the restaurant managers
- To develop key characteristics and skills of successful intrapreneurs

Course description
This workshop is based on the trainer’s personal experience in helping individuals changing their mindset to an intrapreneur’s mindset. The trainer learned most of these skills from his 38 years of working experience in food and beverage industry and as an entrepreneur. He also gains a lot of knowledge from many great leaders like Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey, Dr. Gary Chapman, John Christensen and his NLP mentor Sam Witteveen. Using the combine lessons he learned from these great leaders, he came up with a very unique and up-to-date program for today’s aspiring individuals.
