  • Overview of Dynamic Leadership for top leaders: Definition and practices.
  • Possibility of Impact from leadership styles: How they impact organizational dynamics.
  • Explore Strategies – for dynamics create impact with great leadership
  • Leadership Tool: Power Mapping – Identifying your sources of power and influence.

Group Discussion: Analyze case studies on power dynamics in your organizations. How you utilize the power dynamics and making yourself standing firm on the fence and create benefits to your organization?

Activity: “Your Subconscious Leadership mind” – A psychological game which can identify the subconscious leadership quality in each participants with the process and outcome.

  • Leadership Tool: 360-Degree Feedback – Gathering insights from peers, subordinates, and superiors.

Group Discussion: Reflect your personal leadership experiences and outcomes. What will you change / improve when you back to the office?

Group Project: Develop a “Leadership Style Analysis” – Participants discuss and identify the major differences among the leadership style, highlight with SWOT. Make a simple mind map and present to the class.

  • How to maintain high impact with the influence balance in within the matrix

Group Discussion: What are the practice that a leader MUST DO to maintain the good influence within the organization, lead well to the team and create high productivity?

Group Project: Design a strategy to enhance influence within your current team or organization. Make your strategy become the blue print in your journey of leadership.

Activity: “Great height & Stability in Leadership” – A team competition activity focused on trust and communication to build a structure with the limited resources.

Module 4: Building Cohesive Teams with Dynamic Leadership Dynamic Leadership

  • Overview: Optimize Dynamic Leadership – Strategies to build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team by leveraging the strengths of all members with dynamic of leadership
  • Dynamic leadership skills in building cohesive team: Effective delegation with Team Strengths Identification and utilization the strengths within your team.

Group Discussion: Explore the challenges in your organization and discussion how you can overcome it to build a cohesive team?

Group Project: Create a delegation strategy for your organization, incorporating strengths assessment, so that it can practically use for your process of building cohesive team when you back to the office.

Activity: “Unity Code” – Escape station activity where teams must unlock the obstacles and challenges. The strength of each team members will contribute to accomplish the mission. Reflect and aware how a leader with versatile ability to combine ideas to achieve the goal!

Final Debrief, participants output for day one learning, wrap up for day one.

  • Leadership Scenario Planning – Preparing for and managing complex business challenges and navigating challenges with dynamic leadership.

Group Discussion: Analyze real-world examples of leadership in complex situations.

Group Project:Risk and crisis Management” Develop a scenario plan for a challenging business environment.

Activity: “Crisis Simulation” – Each team will be assigned with different case study. Participants will need to do the role-play exercise and shows how they navigate and overcome a complex crisis.

Module 6: Transformational Growth in Dynamic Leadership – Positioning for Team Success

  • Overview: Learn strategies to drive transformational growth in your organization.
  • Identify the positioning for your team success in your organization: The criteria, situation, benchmark, measurable qualitative and quantitative outcome for the positioning.
  • Strategy in Dynamic Leadership to achieve the team success
  • Growth Framework for transformational leadership – Identifying opportunities and creating a roadmap for growth.

Group Discussion: Discuss the role of innovation and change in achieving transformational growth as a leader of your organization. What are the possible practical action you may execute to move your team to achieve greater heights under high clarity of positioning.

Group Project: Base on the discussion above, each team will require to make it into a clear diagram, and present it to the class.

Module 7: Crafting Your Leadership Legacy – Personalized Action PlanLeadership Legacy

You might be your company’s biggest rainmaker. You might be a brilliant strategist. You might be hitting and exceeding performance goals for your unit, your division, your company – every quarter. But if you jumped ship or disappeared today, what would you leave behind?

  • Overview: Develop a personalized leadership action plan to drive a long term organizational success.
  • What is the exact meaning of Leadership Legacy? How to create the leadership legacy?
  • Leadership Action Planner – A step-by-step guide to creating your action plan.

Group discussion: Share your leadership action plan drafts and receive peer feedback. Discuss and enhance the plan of each other.

Final Project: Refine and finalize your leadership action plan. With team effort, create a complete guide with the presentation of mind mapping. Assuming this will be the education diagram for the long term leadership succession plan in your organization, present the idea with the application to the real scenario for each point. You may use PPT slides.

Final Project Presentation:

  • This presentation is not merely about the ideas and the point, but also evaluate the leadership body language, gestures, confidence level, dynamic leadership power of influence with great comfort level, eye contact, clarity and quality of voice.
  • This is the overall assessment for a dynamic leader.

4:30 PM – 5.00 PM: 

Closing Session: Leadership Reflection & Commitment

  • Overview: Reflect on the key learnings from the program and commit to implementing them in your leadership journey.
  • Leadership Reflection Journal – Documenting your insights and action steps.
  • Final Sharing: Share key takeaways and action commitments with peers.
  • participants commit to their leadership goals.
