Introduction

Creative thinking is the ability to consider something in a new way. Employers in all industries want employees who can think creatively and bring new perspectives to the workplace.Creative thinking can involve a new approach to a problem, a resolution to a conflict between employees, a new result from a data set, a previously untried approach to earn revenue and maybe a new product—or product feature.

Being able to train your mind to think creatively helps you invent, problem-solve, create and communicate in fresh, new ways. 

Learning Objectives

In this 2 days Creative Thinking to Problem Solving, participants will learn and understand the following learning objectives :

• Learn the fundamental drivers of highly effective creative thinkers to unlock their potential
• Understand the Double Diamond Framework as overall learning framework
• Learn and understand the barriers to creative thinking
• Learn and apply creative thinking tools and methods to effectively generate ideas critically solve problems
• Recognise and anticipate consequences of ideas available at hand in order to make an informed decisions and use lateral thinking to generate ideas to overcome the consequences
• Use traffic light action plan template to translate learning insight gained into action
