Program overview
This Design Thinking Program is a hands-on, two-day session that focuses on fostering innovation, user-centric problem-solving, and collaboration. Participants will explore how to empathize with users, define challenges, ideate solutions, prototype, and test ideas. Through real-world case studies, group discussions, and experiential activities, attendees will apply design thinking principles to solve workplace challenges and be innovate in providing solutions
The program aims to equip participants with the mindset and tools to drive innovation and
improve results, outcomes, ensuring solutions are relevant, feasible, and sustainable.
Learning objectives
Understand the Principles of Design Thinking: Grasp the key concepts, stages, and importance of a user-centered approach in the in providing solutions.
Develop Empathy for End-Users: Learn techniques to gather deep insights into user needs and challenges, ensuring solutions are aligned with real-world requirements.
Enhance Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Cultivate the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions through brainstorming, ideation, and collaborative thinking.
Master Prototyping and Testing Techniques: Gain hands-on experience in creating prototypes, testing them with users, and iterating based on feedback.
