The Lead for Success program is meticulously designed to equip front-line managers with essential skills needed for effective leadership. This comprehensive training enhances personal effectiveness through strategic prioritization, enabling managers to accomplish tasks efficiently and meet organizational goals.
Key focus areas include effective communication, influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Participants will learn to navigate common leadership challenges, foster a productive and collaborative work environment, and inspire their teams through clear and impactful communication.
By honing these critical skills, the frontline managers will be adept at influencing others, building strong professional relationships, and leading with confidence. This program ensures that participants are well-prepared to handle the complexities of their roles, driving sustained success for their teams and organizations.

In these two days program, participants will learn and understand the following learning objectives:
Mental model : Understand what makes highly effective leaders excel in managing diverse teams and learn to give 100% by aligning personal values with Silterra’s values, mental models, and clear goals in every task
Fulfilling potential : Learn how to give 100% by understand the alignment of personal values and Silterra values, mental models and clarity of goals in whatever task their performing.
Enhance Leadership Skills: Develop the ability to lead teams effectively by understanding and applying key leadership principles.

Day 1
Session 1 : Introduction
- Ice breaking and team formation
- Sharing of learning objectives
- Setting program expectations
Session 2 : Challenges in leading a team
- Personal introduction and group formation to get everyone in the right frame of mind to unlearn and relearn.
- Hot chair – off loading all the issues that is weighing us down at work and hindering us from being the best version of ourselves.
- Identifying our current mindset and how that influence the culture of the organisation.
Session 3 : Mental model
- Unveiling current mindsets via the Neo Maths activity to assess their impact on organisational culture.
- Leveraging mindset shifts for improved results, recognising the correlation between mindset and performance.
- Acknowledging the intentional effort required for successful mindset transformation.
- Identifying the three key obstacles hindering consistent peak performance.
Session 4 : Success Cycle (Beliefs, Behaviour, Relationship & Results)
- Grasp the interplay of belief, behaviour, relationship, and result, forming a dynamic loop.
- Explore the Success Cycle activity to understand how beliefs influence behaviour and relationships, and vice versa.
- Uncover the transformative power of changing beliefs to positively reshape seemingly challenging situations.
Session 5 : Leadership and Influence
- Understand the relationship between leadership and influence
- Learn and understand 5 level of leadership influence
- Understand how to influence others effectively that lead to change, foster collaboration, and encourage innovation
Day 2
Session 6 : Speed of trust
- Acquire the skills to effectively influence others by leveraging the “speed of trust” concept, adapted from the work of Stephen M. Covey.
- Gain insights into how trust impacts an organisation’s profitability and employee morale, and learn practical techniques to cultivate trust.
- Understand the profound impact of low trust levels on team performance, emphasising the detriment when team members focus on shortcomings instead of collective objectives.
Session 7 : Effective team communication using the GRPI Model
- Introduction to GRPI (goal, role, process, interpersonal) framework that help team work effectively
- Improve verbal communication in the ZIZO activity, practicing clear and concise information delivery.
- Elevate active listening through effective questioning, showcasing a deeper grasp of tasks.
- Strengthen teamwork skills, collaborating and valuing each team member’s contribution to success.
- Ensuring that all team members have a voice in the decision-making process to promote a sense of inclusivity and ownership.
- Learning to actively listen to others’ ideas and perspectives without judgement or bias.
- Developing strategies to weigh the pros and cons of various options and arrive at a consensus that everyone can support.
Session 8 : Art of effective delegation
- Learn the effective method to delegate using the win-win contract framework
- Learn how win-win contract framework empowers team members by giving them ownership of tasks that fosters a sense of responsibility and accountability, lead to increased job satisfaction and motivation.
- Comprehend, present and practice win-win contract framework
Session 9 : Giving quality feedback for sustainable performance using the SBI Method
- Learn how SBI framework helps provide clear and specific feedback by focusing on the situation, the observed behavior, and the resulting impact.
- Learn how the framework ensures that the recipient understands exactly what is being discussed
- Practice and apply SBI framework effectively
