Introduction

Leadership for Front Line Managers is an exciting and interactive training program. As Frontline managers play a major role in an organization’s success, this engaging and fun training stint is designed to provide the participants with the skills, techniques and proficiency to lead and motivate team members, ensure smooth communication between management and staff, solve problems, make effective decisions, create harmonious environment for staff, develop the interpersonal and professional skills they need to do their jobs effectively, thereby contributing to their organization’s success. This practical workshop focuses on the essential core competencies that is required in order to project a confident and efficient persona as a functional leader.

Objectives:

1.  Develop a deeper understanding of local leadership style, traits and values that’s customized for Malaysia Labour Market and Regulations
2. Improve and sharpen people manager’s skill and knowledge by keeping people manager’s up with local industry changes.
3. To prepare managers for new challenges by improving decision-making
4.  A local platform to develop future ready leaders (potential) in advance.
