Program overview

Managing difficult conversation remains one of the most critical challenges in maintaining a productive and harmonious workplace. This 1-day program is designed to equip Managers, Supervisors and Human Resource Personnel with practical tools and strategies to identify, understand, and effectively address disruptive behaviours that impact team morale, performance, and organisational culture.

Whether it’s dealing with passive-aggressive tendencies, bullying, excessive gossip, chronic absenteeism, or underperformance, this program focuses on root causes and corrective interventions through behavioural awareness, coaching techniques, and assertive communication. Participants will learn to apply fair and consistent practices in handling disciplinary matters, document issues appropriately, and foster accountability without escalating conflict.

Special emphasis is given to strengthening emotional intelligence, understanding employee motivation, and creating a culture of trust and engagement.
