INTRODUCTION

An effective negotiation is the ability to change the game, moving away from conflict and toward collaboration. A proven framework is needed to maximize the value of your negotiation, whether you are behind the bargaining table with a client or across the table with an opposing party.

You will learn to examine your own assumptions and how behaviours can help create and perpetuate negotiation dynamics you desperately want to avoid, and learn how to create new behaviours to achieve negotiation success.

The 2-day Negotiation & Influencing Workshop is designed for participants to learn all the strategies, tools, techniques, and skills they require to succeed in business (and personal) negotiations.
