Introduction
Managers in any organization must communicate well, both orally and in writing, internally and externally, to people at many levels and from a variety of backgrounds. This can include passing on and receiving information, motivating, persuading and influencing, and handling interpersonal relationships. This specially devised training course is designed for managers who wish to enhance their careers and leadership impact by sharpening their communication expertise. In an engaging learning environment, you will deepen your understanding and abilities through practice, group discussions, feedback, self-reflection and activity-based development.

Methodology
Our workshops are delivered with a strong emphasis on WHOLE-BRAIN LEARNING that is complemented with an array of HIGH INVOLVEMENT TECHNIQUES that will make learning INTERESTING, EXCITING & ENJOYABLE!
In his course there will be a number of practical exercises carried out which will enable delegates to put into practice much of the theory covered. Learning tools include lectures, group discussions, role play and on-going reviews.
