INTRODUCTION
In this ever-changing and fast-moving business environment, supervisors are playing an increasing vital role as the bridge between management and frontline employees. The challenges of supervisors are multiple ranging from competencies, discipline, and turnover of employees. In addition, today’s supervisors need to manage a diverse team from both local and foreign employees with different language, culture, and working styles.
This supervisory development workshop is specially designed to enhance the supervisors’ skills, mindset and confidence level to lead a high performing team based on Directive Communication Psychology methodology. It is a fun, interactive, experiential learning that strengthen the supervisors’ positive mindset, communication, leadership, team spirit, problem solving, and decision making as an effective supervisor for the organization. In summary, this accelerated supervisory workshop will develop a committed, productive, and inspiring leader who will bring out the potential of his/her team.
